1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the hatchlabs.tech marketing website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern public marketing pages only; commercial use of the Hatch platform itself is governed by your separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. About Hatch

Hatch is a Canadian software platform for automated lending, leasing, and data verification. The platform is offered as a B2B SaaS product to licensed lenders, leasing companies, property managers, and other regulated financial-services operators. Hatch does not lend money to consumers directly.

3. Demo requests & sales contact

When you submit a demo request, you consent to Hatch contacting you about the Hatch platform via the email address and phone number you provided. We will not share your contact details with third parties for unrelated marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing privacy@hatchlabs.tech.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Hatch or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or the underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hatch does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes; nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this Site. Direct damages, if any, are limited to CAD $100.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Hatch complies with PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, GDPR (where applicable), and other applicable data-protection laws.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

Hatch may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
